All Grace Rose orders are shipped from Australia.

Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by location; see our Shipping Policy.

Orders are usually processed within a few days. Studio Sewn items take longer (see collection FAQs). Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method — see Shipping Policy.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is processed. If you don’t receive one, please contact hello@grace-rose.com.au.

Unfortunately we do not offer ‘change of mind’ returns however if you receive a faulty item please contact us at hello@grace-rose.com.au within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

We recommend spot cleaning with a soft, damp cloth.

Some items will be Limited Edition however if there is something in particular that you like, please do reach out as we may have additional products on their way!
