Frequently asked questions
What products can I customise?

You can customise our duffle bags, backpacks, and both Medium and Large makeup bags. All are made from durable, lightweight nylon.
How is my bag customised?

You can add our signature glitter patches to make your bag truly unique using our online patch placement tool. Please ensure you are happy with the placement of the patches on your bag before submitting your order and checking out. Our team will do their upmost best to ensure correct placement however with the nature of the material we cannot guarantee 100% uniform stitch placing. The patches are carefully sewn on for long-lasting quality. As the bags are made prior to customisation you will notice some stitching on the inside of the bag, this will not affect strength or functionality.
I had trouble getting my patches straight on the customisation tool, will you make sure they go on straight?

We will always ensure your patches are sewn on as close to your design as possible ensuring straight lines if that is what you wanted to achieve. If you are ever unsure, please email us at hello@grace-rose.com.au following checkout.
How much does it cost to customise a bag?

We charge a flat fee of $15 per bag for customisation.
How long does customisation take?

Please allow 7–10 days for us to customise and ship your bag. Times may vary depending on how busy we are, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you quickly.
Can I add more patches later or send my purchase back to be customised?

Patches can only be added at the time of purchase, as they are sewn on during our customisation process.
Are the glitter patches durable?

Yes – the patches are sewn on securely to ensure they last through daily use and travel. However, like any high use material the bags and patches will show natural wear with use.

Can I return a customised bag?

As each customised bag is made specially for you, we’re unable to accept returns on customised products unless they are faulty (please refer to our warranty policy). Please double-check your choices before placing your order.
How do I care for my customised bag?

We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth. 
Are there any designs or words that are restricted?

Any requests for profanity or inappropriate words will be rejected and order cancelled. This also includes requesting to copy any registered trademarks
