While we endeavour to process your order as soon as possible, orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 – 4 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day in New South Wales, Australia.

Custom duties and taxes are not covered in the price of your order. As the recipient you will be responsible for any taxes or duties depending on your arrival country. Grace Rose cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the carrier's website.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If nobody is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a delivery notification card with instructions for redelivery or pickup. Alternatively, depending on the carrier you may elect an authority to leave.
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or other factors. We reserve the right to cancel orders for products that cannot be shipped to certain locations.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In the event of a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. Information on how you can return goods can be found in the email you will have received with your tracking information.
