We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Grace Rose. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we're here to help. Faulty Goods and incorrect orders are eligible for returns.

Faulty Goods

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any goods that are damaged or faulty as a result of shipping. Please contact our customer service team at hello@grace-rose.com.au to initiate the return process, please provide photos and as much information about the fault or damaged product. Once we receive the faulty item, we will offer you a replacement or issue store credit, whichever you prefer.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.

What is covered by warranty

Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of up to 3 months from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Defects in materials, such as broken zippers, torn seams, or faulty hardware. Defects in workmanship, including stitching errors or improperly attached components.

What is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear from regular use. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect. Incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use or loss of personal property.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at hello@grace-rose.com.au and provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt. Describe the issue in detail and provide clear photographs if possible.

Resolution

Upon receiving your warranty claim, we will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. This may include repair, replacement, or a store credit at our discretion. We reserve the right to request the defective product be returned for inspection.
