Where do you ship from?

All Grace Rose orders are shipped from Australia.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by location; see our Shipping Policy.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within a few days. Studio Sewn items take longer (see collection FAQs). Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method — see Shipping Policy.
How much does shipping cost and how is it calculated?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my delivery?

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is processed. If you don’t receive one, please contact hello@grace-rose.com.au.
What is your returns and warranty policy?

Unfortunately we do not offer ‘change of mind’ returns however if you receive a faulty item please contact us at hello@grace-rose.com.au within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
How do I care for my bag?

We recommend spot cleaning with a soft, damp cloth. 
What happens if an item is out of stock?

Some items will be Limited Edition however if there is something in particular that you like, please do reach out as we may have additional products on their way!
My item has arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please contact us immediately and send pictures if you can. We will do our best to resolve the issue. Please also refer to our Returns and Warranty Policy. We can be contacted at hello@grace-rose.com.au
